Instructions for Use
For cold treatment, place the compress in a refrigerator for about 2 hours.
It can even be frozen up to -25°C for intense cold application (cryotherapy).
For hot treatment, you can place the compress in a water bath at +80°C or heat it in a microwave oven at maximum power of 280 watts.
Note: Only the 13x14 cm // 5.1 x 5.5 inches compress is sold in a set of 2 (price shown for a pack of 2 compresses). The other compresses are sold individually (price shown for 1 compress).
