Usage
Before applying the compress, you can wrap it in a cloth to avoid uncomfortable temperatures (too hot or too cold).
Cold use: Place your compress in the refrigerator for 2 hours before use.
Hot use: Place your compress in the microwave for 30 seconds at 900W or immerse it in a container of simmering water (water should not be boiling) for 10 to 15 minutes.
