Like every good product, the Headache Hat was born from a real-life story of its creator, Sherri Pulie, a long-time migraine sufferer.
One morning, she wakes up with a horrible headache... The crisis is near, she needs to find a solution to relieve herself. Despite her attempts with a freezer bag filled with ice cubes, the headache does not go away and Sherri suffers... The cooling cap is pleasant to wear thanks to its lightness and the softness of the fabric on the skin. Indeed, the band fabric is composed of 65% rayon (silky and eco-friendly textile fiber), 30% nylon (for strength), and 5% spandex (for elasticity).
The band includes 3 rows of 8 small packs that contain water and not gel like gel ice packs.
By putting it in the refrigerator, you will cool the water and thus the band. You can also put it in the freezer for even more intense coolness.

USAGE
Its usage is very simple.
- Place the Headache Hat® band in its provided carrying bag (do not use a freezer bag).
- Put it in the refrigerator or freezer if you opt for intense coolness.
- In the freezer, it will take about 5 hours to achieve the most intense coolness. - Place the band around your head (or on the part of the body to be relieved) tightening it more or less with the Velcro according to the desired pressure.
- We recommend using the Headache Hat band for 20 minutes.
Tip: to enjoy the coolness longer, you can turn the band over.
Warning: the band will be very cold when taken out of the freezer. If you wish, use a cloth between your head and the ice pack to control the temperature.

CLEANING
Hand wash the band (with the cubes inside) in warm water with mild soap.
Never machine wash.
Lay it flat to dry on a towel or rack, then turn it over to complete the drying.
Always air dry.
